Packaging Solutions Development & Consulting was founded by Elena Greenstein,  MSc. in Polymer Engineering, with extensive experience in the packaging industry.

Mrs. Greenstein’s professional experience includes the following positions: R&D manager at Plastopil; Key Accounts Manager with responsibility for international Packaging & BOPP accounts at Tosaf Additives and Compounds; Head of Packaging Development at Soglowek; and Production Engineer at NPO Plastik.
