High Pressure Processing (HPP) is becoming more and more popular over the past decade. The method allows food preservation over time, with reduced amount, or even without any preservatives.

What does it require from the packaging solutions? In many cases it's possible to use regular plastic materials. Sometimes sealing strength, adhesion and flexibility of the packaging have to be adjusted to challenging treatment conditions.
